In front of the entrance of Zenkoji
The official name of Enya is MONZEN TERRACE ENYA, with MONZEN referring to Enya being the gateway to the temple complex of Zenkoji, and TERRACE meaning ‘shining’ in Japanese.
The idea is that Enya will help brighten up the historic area around Zenkoji by bringing light. This light comes from the brightly lit terrace and from the restaurant’s happy atmosphere.
